About Me

You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure why certain patterns keep repeating. Perhaps you’re coping on the outside but struggling on the inside, or something has happened that’s left you feeling unsettled.

In our work together, we’ll gently explore what’s going on for you, helping you make sense of patterns, emotions, and the ways in which you’ve learned to cope.

  • I’m an integrative therapist, which means I adapt how I work to suit you rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.

Our sessions are shaped by what you bring. At times they may feel reflective and exploratory; at others, more practical and focused. I draw on Transactional Analysis, CBT and DBT depending on what feels most helpful.

We’ll pay attention to patterns in your thoughts, feelings and relationships, and look for practical ways to manage difficult emotions. We’ll also regularly check in to make sure the work continues to feel useful and relevant.

  • People often describe me as warm, compassionate and thoughtful. I aim to create a space where you feel safe enough to be honest even about things that feel confusing, uncomfortable, or hard to put into words.

I’ll listen carefully, offer gentle challenge when it feels useful, and support you to develop greater understanding, self-compassion and choice.

  • I work with adults experiencing a range of difficulties, including:

    • anxiety and stress

    • low self-esteem and self-criticism

    • relationship and family difficulties

    • emotional regulation and overwhelm

    • life transitions, loss, and uncertainty

    • addictive behaviours and patterns that feel hard to break

  • I hold an MSc in Addiction Psychology and Counselling and am in my final year of advanced psychotherapy training in Transactional Analysis. I have worked in the addiction field for a number of years, most recently as part of the inpatient addiction treatment team at the Priory, Woking.

I also engage in ongoing professional development and have completed additional training in neurodivergence, DBT, and compulsive sexual behaviours.

I am an accredited member of the BACP.

  • If you’re considering therapy, you’re welcome to get in touch to ask any questions or arrange an initial session. We can take things from there and see whether working together feels right.
